How is the wlb, culture etc here? I have read negative things especially about pwc kolkata. I will be joining from KPMG India.

Also how is the increment this year? Has everyone received 5%? Was it better last year?

What are the salaries like at level 9 & 10 for management consulting in digital commerce at Accenture strategy? My profile: 4 years tech experience in e-commerce and data + MBA from tier 2 bschool + ecommerce BA experience at Capgemini

Of those of you who left jobs or changed jobs this year, how many of you did so due to current employer not compensating you $ in accordance with inflation?
