I have been moved to Resource pool since 1 month and still there is no projects assigned. Weekly 1-2 times RDG team share the opening positions and ask for the resume for which I replied with my Resume as per JD matches. but after that no communication or updates from RDG. What should I do in this case? Kindly suggest?

CTC Offered: 26 (24 fixed + variable)
One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?
