Persistent : Lead software engineer 13.70 LPA ( mentioned 10% variable pay paid monthly) -Chennai

I am currently counter offering with Deloitte, 10 days left in NP. What to do?

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
