I have cleared rounds on 18th May 2024 and got mail from hcl that i m selected and advised to submit documents.After 1 week i got call from HR for salary discussion.I have checked with HR that i will take 2 to 3 weeks for offer letter.Send followup mail checking for status. Its been 3 weeks .Any advise on this whether to wait or continue search.

My AD coworker (not currently my partner) just got hired at a new agency and wants to bring me along as his writer. I'd love to join. He told the recruiter at that agency about me and sent my book. I also have another former coworker (creative) who put in a good word for me.

Should I reach out to the recruiter, too? Or is that overkill after two recos? I don't want to be bothersome. But I do want to show interest..

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
