I have given all the 4 rounds including Hr round where they ask me abt the Ectc I said 30 LPA but the recruiter said the maximum budget for A3 is 27 LPA my interview feedback is positive but I didn’t heard them after 5 days. What should i do as my next step? Call the recruiter or wait for more days.

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

If i have a counter offer 25lpa with better role, will EPAM be open to negotiate? I feel the role & ctc are not on par.
