I have got offer letter from Deutsche Bank India private limited, goregaon location. I see all the good reviews online but one person working there told me you have to work on weekends during many days. Like at quarter end every weekend. Please help me find the correct reviews of the bank so that I can decide on joining.

Expecting an offer this week or early next week, but want to know when you start negotiating the salary? When you receive the call from the company or wait until receiving the formal offer letter? And how should the negotiation start? Through phone calls or emails? Didn’t use recruiter for this position, so I don’t know what is the process here.

I think I'm really bad at communication, storytelling, active listening etc. I'm good at 1-1 relationships, but really bad in 1-many scenarios. I just sound stupid often. Feel like I'm surrounded by people who communicate so much better. Has anyone improved their comms skills as they progressed in their careers? Any tips or courses that helped you on the way?

My boyfriend is texting his best friend's girlfriend. He openly says "oh i texted her about x" to me and I believe him...but my concern is that they're going to start some sort of flirtationship. What is the advantage and disadvantage of working in SAP labs as external worker

Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? I feel like being an account person is especially difficult in the COVID era since so much of what we do is manage communications, ensure the team is set up well etc. None of this feels particularly fun alone staring into the void of Zoom all day ... but the same pressure is still there. I feel like I spend every week counting down to the weekend which kinda sucks.

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!
