In my opinion, if I’m looking to leave it is because I’m unhappy and excited about the new role I’ve been offered. (1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. What you I be expecting in this third round?
