I have offers from Citi Chennai (₹24 LPA – C11) and IBM Bangalore (₹19 LPA ). CTC-wise, Citi is better.

Timeline:

Last working day: Aug 5

IBM joining date: Aug 11 (onboarding letter received)

Citi FADV BGV started July 25, currently at 69% progress

Can anyone share how long Citi’s BGV usually takes for lateral hires and whether I should wait for Citi confirmation before joining IBM?
