I have received an Offer from SA Tech, Pune. Through the Interview process I was told that the project might last 6-12 months, it's basically a migration based project on Retail domain.
While the short term nature of the job is one concern but the HR from SA Tech always gives a hope that they have numerous clients and even if one project is over they can place me on a different project and there is nothing to worry about. Folks please help me on this.

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp. So that is the first reason and no new tech learning and project change happening with me. Also in last cycle they didn't give good rating bcoz i was asking for new project ..??
