I have received an offer letter from Deloitte USI, Hyderabad. The BGV is still in progress, the team got back to me with a discrepancy and I have provided all the information - it is showing under review.
Needless to say that the HR is not helpful at all and she told me that they will inform me two days before the joining date!
Then when am I supposed to pack and shift?! The BGV is going on since one month now and am on notice. What to do in this case?

One of my friend in deloitte is under IAP process and she want to keep resignation if she keep resignation will they give immediate relieving Or IAP will ends on dec 25th(they will wait till IAP ends) or according to deloitte norms do they tell us to do notice period for 2 months??
