Hi all! I have recently got an ui ux intern role in a gaming company in july 2023. It's fully remote. I do like the company but I prefer to relocate and hence applying for on-site positions in other companies. It has barely been a month since i joined. Should I wait for a while before I switch or try other on-site companies?

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? I joined MakeMyTrip in April. I got married in June. My husband works in hyderabad and we stay with his family. So I asked MMT to extend WFH for me. Full remote is not a possibility as per the company policy. I would love to work for product based companies like MMT. But I feel that moving to a new city alone at this point is more of a distraction considering my new relationship. Can you suggest me any product based companies in hyderabad?

I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?

PS: This was my first interview in the switching process so I’m not sure if I could have landed better offers or if this is the best I could get.
