Hi all,i have recently received an offer from tcs which has a variable pay of monthly variable pay as 15000 and performance bonus as 21000 at AST in tcs with 7 yeo.How much can I expect from this actually paid on a average performance of the company and the employee Tata Consultancy

When you say your salary jumped __x, how is that exactly calculated?

Mine was $16k (minimum wage before joining corporate) > $40k (contractor total before getting laid off) > $150k (current FT)?

Is that a 260% jump or 2.6x from $16k to $40k?
And a 375% jump or 3.75x from $40k to $150k?

Or do I calculate it by hourly rate?
