What should be expected CTC?

I'm in finance/tech FPA, looking to go back to the defense industry for a 25% increase in TC. But wanted to see if I should leverage the new salary with current company to see if they'll match.

Background: got a promotion at current company that didn't come with sufficient increase . After stating my case I was told it would be evaluated next October, which is what prompted the initial job search.

Current TC 103K [88/15], offer 125k base [+discretionary bonus].

Interview coming up at Viacom. What’s the culture like these days? Fair comp? Is remote-only option available? Would be for a Director/Executive level role(s). TIA!

They have mentioned I would make a great CoS based on my prev experience & could see me being a COO in the next 10 yrs. After playing back our last meet, I realise the CEO was trying to tease out of me/get me to probe on interest for CoS role. Context: I head up strategy & ops at a startup and act as CoS to CEO. Now interviewing for CoS to CCO at another larger company (1000+ employees) and wondering if this puts me in line to get a CCO role in a few years or if I’m better off remaining in strategy & Ops.
