I have total 5 yoe with 4.5 in SAP MM,ABAP (Techno-Functional). My CCTC with Accenture is 7.8 (6.5 fixed). I am going to have second round with Deloitte USI tomorrow which hopefully I will clear. HR has told she can give 100% hike which would give me 13 LPA as fixed. But at my experience level isn't it too low still? I'd really like to avoid offer shopping and would like to join Deloitte with around 15 fixed, would they agree? Can anyone help me with negotiation strategy? Deloitte USI

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
