I joined a mid level organisation 3 weeks back, Now received an offer from Globallogic with higher CTC (15% more) and ready to wait for 1 month Probation NP.

Work started in my current org since it is client facing role. How to handle this situation and what wil be the best step now. pls suggest

I've applied for the role of Sr Internal Auditor (L5) in Amazon India. And in the preliminary form they are asking for the expected CTC
Would appreciate if someone could let me know the salary range for that role
My current CTC in EY is ~ 16.7 LPA including variable component and the raise for the coming year is yet to be announced

I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.
So can anyone guide me what to do now , is there any criteria to switch the project inside the GL only? How easy is getting to another project with GL?

Can someone refer me to GlobalLogic? I have the job id with me.

2 months over still i have not got the project , what's going on is it safe to stay ?
