CSM or PSM 1?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

When will the Hike letters be out ?
Hi Fishes, Y.O.E 7.5+ years. Tata Consultancy TCS is offering 25LPA including variable pay and everything. So just 15% increment on my current salary since they mentioned I am leaving my current organization within 1 year.
They mentioned 8-12% is VP plus 80k from that salary is paid at the end of each year. Is it a good enough salary for 7.5+ yoe candidate. Also any heads up for the things I should look out for will be really helpful.

So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

Accept Amazon and then renege/leave if Google comes through
It would only burn bridges for a short while heh, 6 months down the line you’d have 6 months experience with google and Amazon would love to steal you back regardless of that history.
Always tell your recruiters when you have another offer pending or in hand. They love it when you do, so that they don't look bad by failing to land you. If the company is serious enough about you, they'll make the remaining interviews happen.
That said, does one or the other company want you to relocate to somewhere you don't want to / can't afford to live?
You could take a project-oriented approach to jobs, working one at Amazon until done or until you don't like the projects offered to you.
