Hi all! I recently joined ZS New Delhi, currently working on the Genentech Roche space. I’ve been feeling a bit anxious after hearing some unsettling things about this particular floor. It seems there’s a lot of micromanagement from c and acs, and a significant amount of pressure gets transferred onto As to deliver tasks. I've also heard that a majority of PIPs are given by M on this floor, which has me feeling a bit uneasy.Anyone with insights or advice on how to navigate this kind of env 🙏
