Hi all, I recently went through an interview process (walk in), I got selected and filled cis.
Then I waited for 2 weeks for salary negotiation but I got rejection email. In the third week I got call from hr that they will offer one level down with 9lpa and got rejected for senior role. In the fourth week again I got call from hr and told they can offer 10.2 LPA and they have initiated the process. In the portal I can see the rejected role is reopened for me which was a senior role.

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?
