I was in the process of KGS, had my HR round, and was told i should be expecting the offer latest by today.

Last week, the status was “fitment approval in progress”. Today, status has changed to "under consideration" on KPMG’s website.

What does this means?

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Other than partner track, salary/benefits, and switching from coverage to general comm lit, what qualities of the move should I be thinking about as I weigh my options? I've never worked at another firm.

Has anyone worked directly with an Instagram type Content Creator to shoot and edit OLVs? I have a job coming up where the target market is teens and they want to connect in an authentic way. Plus as always they are saying no $$$. A friend did this happily in Europe. Would love any tips or suggestions from this group. Thanks!

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

2. 36.5 LPA fixed pay ( employee pf 12% of basic and employer PF is 1800 )

My Deductions are
1. 1.5 lakhs 80c
2. 50k 80ccd
3. HRA - 22k p.m.
