Raise question. Just finished first year at new firm. 10 year attorney. Former solo that joined larger advertising PI firm. 3-4 of the 10 years experience are in PI but only one exclusively in litigation. I am on litigation side. Lots of trial experience in former practice area. Compensation is currently 125k base, 3% quarterly bonus once I surpass about 60k in fees. Yearly review -About 1mil in fees but only about 150k self generated. What should I ask for in terms of raise?

I got hit with a Covid layoff. How discriminating should I be about my next step? I've got about a decade of experience in big law, general commercial lit. I've wanted to go in house for a few years, but positions for pure litigators are few and far between.
