I’m a recent BBA graduate searching for entry-level digital marketing jobs. I also did a diploma in interior design out of interest while studying digital marketing. Companies often question my design background and the gap I took, focusing on practical experience for freshers.

Any advice on how to address this in applications or interviews would be greatly appreciated, as I want to avoid wasting another year. Thanks!

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
