As a second year associate, I have a reasonable 1800 billable requirement and make $70k, but I don’t feel aligned with the firm. I want more WLB. We don’t work remotely and I don’t have schedule flexibility. I am considering pivoting to a contracts analyst position (glorified doc review) because it’s 100% remote, same pay, has a 40 hour cap (rather than my current minimum!), flexible hours, and no billables or stress. Would this be a bad idea for my career? Input appreciated!

Hello everyone, I have been working with Genpact for about 7 years and now management has decided to move our team to Headstrong. In this 7 years my total compensation is only 5.34 LPA. There is no growth to my career since I joined. And now after the movement i am not sure what will be my future as my manager and colleague had already resigned saying that there is hardly any growth in Headstrong. Also, in Genpact now the promotion increment is reduced to 12% to 15%. Pls suggest me what to do?

I had my offering leader schedule a call with me to notify that I have been rated a low performer because I had 46% utilization and mediocre firm contribution scatterplot.
