Any associates just totally honest with summers about how miserable you are and how much your job sucks?

I’ve been having a few off months. I guess I can relate to the term “languishing” that has recently gained traction. I feel like I’m not putting in my best at work or personal life (health, relationships and self-care mainly). I really want to break out of this rut, any ideas on how I can do this?
