I’m currently working at TCS with a package of 4.61 LPA and around X years of experience. I have received an offer from Wipro for 6.25 LPA for an ICICI Bank client project.
The role aligns with my skills, but it has a 3-month notice period and 5% variable pay (quarterly).
I would appreciate suggestions on whether this is a good move in terms of career growth, learning, and long-term stability, or if I should wait for better opportunities.

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
