I’m in the final stages of the interview process with Publicis Sapient for a Java Backend Developer role.

I have 5.6 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. My current CTC is ₹16.25 LPA (₹15.75 fixed + ₹50k variable).

Can anyone who has recently received an offer from Publicis Sapient for a similar experience range share insights on the expected CTC I can negotiate for?
