When do we get the variable pay?

Hi folks, my YOE - 4.9 yrs and Tech Stack - Java full stack developer. I have offer from Barclays BA4 22 LPA fixed. Other company Tekizma(small scale) offering 25 LPA(22.5 FIXED + 2.5 Variable). I want to negotiate with Barclays. Please help me how much to negotiate or guide me in proper way to get something more from Barclays.

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now, but it is very to commit to actually accept a new job offer since I really do love my job. My only complaint is, the pay vs workload is very small. I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.

Hey Guys. Regarding the forced layoffs in PS. It’s high time we unite and hit them back. I’ll request all people who’ll receive the video connect email from PS to do one important thing. Use a a pen camera or a hidden camera(small) in your pocket before attending the call and record the call and events. These peoples should not be spared. Try to get some evidence and let’s expose to public media and other legal teams. You can do this anonymously thereby saving others from this crap.

Sapient has offered 33.5 as CTC which includes 5% variable , work experience is 7.5 years at SA L2 level . Is this the good offer as per sapient range ?
