Hi all, I’m on my first Letrozole cycle and would love to hear if anyone’s had a similar experience.
I took 2.5 mg (2 tabs/day) for 5 days from baseline scan. On CD13, my follicle was 16 mm, but by CD15, they said growth stalled. I restarted Letrozole (2 tabs/day) on CD15 & 16. On CD17, they now think the 16 mm may have been a cyst, and my actual follicles are under 10 mm.
They’ve now increased my dose to 3 tab/day and i go back for scan on CD21 which is next Tuesday. Does increasing dose help?

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough. This will be the 3rd transfer cycle that’s getting canceled, it just really sucks...what’s worse is I didn’t see my doctor today, just the sono tech, (cont’d)

I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

In my first IUI cycle, took the trigger shot today and IUI is the day after tomorrow. I have 2 follicles - 16mm and 24mm in size. Looking for input from anyone on here who has gone through the IUI process. Please send positive vibes.

Has anyone had any side effects from Ovidrel? I did my shot on Wednesday night and Thursday and Friday I was SO tired and fatigued and it was impossible to focus. Hi, anyone ever try using a ovulation test as a positive result for pregnancy test? I had an LH surge couple of weeks back and for the past few days my breasts are tender and I am having some taste aversions like yesterday yoghurt tasted like mud. Since my cycle is irregular I took another ovulation test today morning and it came back positive. This is my first time going through this and I am confused as to what is going on. Can I take a pregnancy test middle of the day?

Thoughts on at-home pregnancy test 7 days post day 5 embryo transfer? Risks? Downsides? We have our blood test Sunday on day 9.

Just did my baseline testing and got results. My appointment to discuss the results with my RE is in mid January. Any guides / ways I can start to interpret them on my own before then?
