I'm writing this post with heavy heart as I'm unemployed from january 2025. I previously worked at CGI for 2.5 yoe as software engineer (JAVA) . I resined from there due to some family issues. unfortunately ,i couldn't secure an another job even after applying to many jobs. In 2025 i gave some interviews but was not able to clear rounds but in 2026 im not even getting calls. I honestly don't know what needs to be done to get a job. I just need a job if anyone is there could you help

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Anyone has seen any impact on conversion rates?

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.

How the heck can I teach a kindergartener over the computer? It's all hands on in my class for the first couple of months.
