Hi all, is A&M hiring in UK ?

Need Advice on two job offers. One is in accounting advisory role at Crowe. The other is fund accounting analyst at Goldman Sachs. Comp is similar. Which one would have better exit opportunities? What one would you guys choose? Thank you guys.

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
