It seems AMEX is on hiring spree in India and word is the Chennai center will get even more hiring in the next year.. so, this raises few questions :

Is the amex really anticipating growth in their products/offerings or entering new markets ?

Or

Is there a org wide mandate to move to cloud ?

Plus, I see lot of posting for Senior Engineer 2 , isnt that a senior role and why is Amex aiming to hire more for that instead of promoting existing people ?

Anyone have experience working or interviewing with first republic bank? Thoughts, feelings, concerns?
