It's been 2 years, I've been working in a startup, i got an offer from TCS. When i submitted my resignation, director called me and said that he will match the offer.
But the CTC offered by TCS is not what i expected. Can anyone suggest what happens if i take back my resignation and continue in the current organization for next two years.
Am I taking risk ?
I still have 80 days left in my notice, maybe if I try i amy get more offers but life in the current organization is peaceful.
