As a result, my package is way below market standards (~ 9 lacs CTC). Recently, I've cracked an interview with Wipro, with salary discussion pending.

How much should I ask for? What would be a realistic ask for my YoE? Opinions pls.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I've heard that last year was rough but in general its good. Is that true?

I'm joining next month. Can i expect an annual hike of 10℅+ and bonus > 10℅ (which is target VP at my rank, 42) going forward?? Or is this unrealistic?
