Hi all, I’ve got an offer from Vitech Systems Asia as a Java Developer (4.3 YOE) 18 lpa in-hand offer. They mention it’s a product-based company, but I haven’t heard much about them. From reviews, culture and work–life balance seem good, but growth might be slow and tech stack could be niche/legacy. Anyone here who has worked at Vitech (esp. in Hyderabad)? How’s the real exposure for Java developers—modern frameworks or more legacy work? Also curious about career growth and management support.
