I’ve received an offer from iSolved for a Senior Software Engineer role and need honest feedback.I was laid off 4 months ago and recently joined Valuelabs, However, my current role has limited growth, no leadership opportunities, and less learning.
The iSolved offer has similar pay but better exposure (product-based). My main concern is job stability for atleast 1 year .Could anyone share insights on:Layoffs (is it happening more frequently ), work culture , wfh flexibility. Thanks !

I graduated with my Associate of Sciences in Health Information Management in 2021and I obtained my RHIT this past February.
I am transitioning from 15+ years in customer service/retail to healthcare/HIM.
I recently moved the New Orleans area and I am having a really hard time finding a job away from direct patient contact.

I was hired on with a company at the same time as my male coworker. We work the exact position, different projects.
I asked him flat out what his salary was when he hired on. His salary is at minimum 15% more. He’s never had a raise.
Neither one of us had any experience in this specific position but he didn’t even have experience in the field, which I did.
I requested a performance and salary review because it’s my annual review time anyway. Best way to address this? Also applying elsewhere.

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.
