I received a link of New-hire which I filled and D-start link too, I am unable to check my BGV status just going with flow on mails. Can anybody help me with BGV status? What should I expect all clear or are still in progress. I have my joining date in mid of Feb and don't have any counter offer

I currently do securities ops/accounting but want to move into a more client facing role. One of our marketing/client service associates got a promotion, so I’m guessing she’ll be doing higher level work, which may leave a gap for some of the work she used to do. How would I go about asking if I can work on that team in some capacity but still do my current role? I’ve only been there 1 yr and I know my current manager also has some higher level items in securities ops he wants me to do as well.

How’s Consulting at T1/T2 in the UK different than that in the US? Consider all aspects such as client interactions, socializing, WLB, attire, meetings, promotion criteria, etc.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
