I have over 1 year experience in the financial industry and 2 years working with Salesforce. I live in Louisiana and it's Remote. What salary should I be aiming for? I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? I’ve never been in a position to bargain my starting salary so this is all very new to me.

Im looking to pivot my career from industrial design to product design or product management.
At the moment i manage a team of 5 industrial designers for b2b sustainable fashion and retail interiors. The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical. Did anybody else make a similar career switch? Any advice for switching to product is welcome. Thanks!
