Guys i am switching jobs for first time so need your help
Company x offered me 9 LPA
Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

I have been approached for a Business Operations Manager role - I work at Accenture at the Assoc Mgr role want to get more insight into the org and culture.

When beginning a piece of literature, I first help the kids access the relevant culture. I have used web quests, but I have found that the kids researching their choice of topics and creating Slides containing information and pics results in more students participating. Recently they researched heraldry for the Medieval Era and reproduced either a family crest that they found or created their own personal crest. Anyone have other activities they use?

Hello Fishes, British petroleum Grade-7 in Digital functions or Wipro C1 Business Value Architect, fixed pay is almost same Wipro is paying 2 lacs more variable than BP.

The distance between my wife's location(electronic City wipro) and my location(Whitefield) is around 25km...is it possible to change my office location in banglore to electronic City (thick campus) from Whitefield (anchor building)tcs Bangalore...

I have got 2 offers
1. Tigerhall - 45LPA
2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
