Hi all. My current package is 4 LPA, and got offered the role of Associate - FAR with DI. Asked 100% beforehand but now they say 25%.
How much will they stretch? I need at least 6.5-7LPA for this to be financially feasible.
Also, how much should I expect in hand?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?
