My hr discussion for hcl went well one week ago. Hr said you will get the offer letter in one to two weeks. One week already passed how much should I need to wait more to get the offer letter.

Does anyone else feels like the job market today is like the 2013 Real Estate Market? It is a buyer’s market. It’s saturated with jobs, but no one wants to work. And recruits are not taking advantage of the ones who want to work.
