My proposed joining date in Accenture S&C is 29th June and my LWD is 26th June.
Can we postpone our joining by 3-4 days as I want some break after the last day. Need suggestions can I tell them my LWD might extend by 2-3 days as I have taken emergency leave in my NP so to be on safer side need to postpone by 3-4 days or can I give them some medical reason or should I tell them directly need break of 3-4 days to rejuvenate before joining?
Also guide Will this cause any issue in joining?

Going through a rough patch, mental-health wise. I have always been a high performer and dont back down from challenges. But this past month something feels off in my head and I have 0% motivation for anything at the moment. The JD shared during the interview says : Project Role Description : Assists with the data platform blueprint and design and Key responsibilities is a. Pre-sales and solution ownership of sales pursuits data analytics related services for cloud b. Own end to end RFP or RFI etc. Does it mean work is on presales only ?

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
