Hello, we've recently started a community focused on FAANG Interview preps. Wondering what kind of content people might be interested to see in such communities.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

Is Director level within A&M equivalent to SM1/2 at Big4? Also, I have been told by A&M recruiter that I need to meet 2 more MDs as part of the interview process and I have already met 3 Senior Directors. Any idea what can I expect in my final two interviews and will there be any more rounds?

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

I have 1.5 YoE. It's been 5 months in ICICI bank as an analyst in Data science grp. My skill sets include SQL, python and ML. Prior to ICICI I was in a Supply Chain start up which was not fully analytics profile. Now, my CTC is 4.55 LPA but during interview the HR agreed on 5.5 lpa. So my question is am I under paid?

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I've yet to receive a promotion other than two cost of living increases (in sum, a pay increase of 6k over 3 years). I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition.
