I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

If the opportunity aligns with the skills you want, you should seriously consider it. However, make sure you do your due diligence on the company. Are they profitable? Why did they fire a lot of people? Will they give you severance if they let you go? Perhaps negotiate it as a condition of employment (if they let you go in 6 mo they need to pay you x).
If you feel like the role will add more value to your resume then it may be worth it. Sometimes taking a step back can help you leap forward. Also, your new found skills may open more doors. Just make sure those new skills are marketable.
Thanks mate, definitely I’m waiting to get the offer released since during this pandemic it’s still not sure what happens. Once I get finally the paperwork done and a figure behind I’ll let you know. Just learned today btw that my company is also ‘negociating internally’ all the new budget for contractors and freelance starting new year 2021 also not sure to stay longer than 6 months on this current role although they told me m: ‘we want to keep him’... so lol lots of uncertainty so as you said I’m only going where the skills flows. One of my friend told me to invest in stable tech like computer science. I’m more into Cloud and Security but yeah he may be right those are more volatile skills due to the pace of the new technologies. What your thinking about that should I look more ‘generic skills’ rather than specific currently on-demand ones?
