Bain & Company Hey, anyone from Bain Capability Network? I would like to understand how the variable pay works there. Primarily:
1. When is the amount disbursed (which month)
2. How much amount is paid (like in my current firm based on your performance we can get up to 200% of our variable pay)

With skills u are mentioned, u are in 30L bracket try to get more offers. WLB is good in tcs but for on-site oppurtunities you have to have specialized skillset(hope you understand what i mean)
thanks. but 2020 made me realise how much you work on cutting edge skills, if you not in good book, habbit of saying no then you may get released and bench. then If the salary was on higher side no one will take in project. eventually resign letter s the option left. that was happened in CTS
Job Security is better in TCS than Accenture. You can go for TCS if security is imp for you
TCS said there will be onsite opportunity. now seeing the posts I realise there are 1000s ahead of me waiting for onsite. my chances will be 1% and luck joining as lateral. what say?
Accenture
I will go with Accenture
how are the projects on azure in accenture? they said I'll be in azure pool then mapped according to requirements. not project specific.
As per my suggestion you should try little more and join better organisations on around 25-30L. But if you have to choose between Tcs and acc and you priority is job security. Please go with TCS not acc or cts
that will be very much in service company I thought, so always have a risk of billing. I'm pretty happy with these according to my yoe.
They’re lowballing you. Big time. Tcs and accenture are hire and fire, so better focus on performing good in any other organisations, you will have decent job security then.
What’s wrong with unilever?
TCS also hire and fire? I heard they provide decent job security to people who atleast work
