I am working as Product Manger/Business Analyst at a BFSI firm. I am trying to transition into DS roles. Have recieved an offer of MLOPS in a startup and another one in Analytics in a US Bank.

YOE:3

CCTC: 22 (20+2)

MLOPS Role: 20 Fixed

Analytics: 22 Fixed + Bonus( around 10%)

Which one should I prefer

Hi Guys, I came on a previsit and joined and then returned back to my Home Town but while signing the contract i saw that if you leave the company withing 2 year you have to pay entire relocation cost back.

1. My initial offer letter didnt have these clause mentioned.
2. Is Pre-Visit considered as a part of relocation, I came because they denied virtual onboarding .

Now my question i didnt take relocation package i was forced to come for onboarding.

Thoughts on moving into (dream) industry 1 year and 9 mo in consulting: entry level analyst role for comparable pay and 9-6? Vs senior analyst, which seems to require 2-3 yrs of experience... (con’t)

Hello All, my joining date needs to be extended by 5 days in JPMC and HR said in call that no revised offer letter based on new joining date will be issued and new joining date confirmation will be somewhat communicated prior to 3 days of onboarding.
However he mentioned he will reply back with a confirmation email on top of the email which I have sent requesting for revised joining date.
Do you see any risk of offer cancellation/revocation here?
