Hi all one quick question,

During hr discussion hr mentioned that post joining Tiger they give flexibility to employees to choose minimum epf deduction that is 1800+1800 but while releasing offer they will add 12% deduction.
I wanted to know if i choose minimum deduction then where will rest amount be adjusted will it go into basic pay and rest components?

Please reply if anyone has done that here.

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
