Hi Fishies.. I am currently in Capgemini Invent. I have a good offer from Godrej Agrovet for digital transformation role. But it requires travel to rural areas as well and 40-50% is travel. Anyone here from Godrej agrovet limited or formerly associated with the firm who can tell about work culture or travel in digital transformation team . Thanks

I would recommend to check glassdoor salary of all Big4 in Belgium and do make a counter offer in terms of CTC, higher the better.
Secondly, for expats taxes eats a major chunk of salary so for the above counter CTC you need to arrive at post taxes salary and use that as negotiation tool.
Thirdly, do talk to people about how welcoming the culture is and how you are going to make your living arrangements.
Also do have sense of rent you will be paying.
Are you part of PwC India or Pwc AC ?
Thank your for the quick response. I really appreciate it. I did check Glassdoor and it seems that I am right in the average bracket in terms of salary. The salaries range from 50k to 70k. So there is definitely room for negotiation. I would term myself as a novice in terms of salary negotiation as I have never done it. Any argument besides the tax implication that I can bank on from your experience? I will be shelling out close to 45 percent as taxes.
I am not part of PwC. Currently working for another supply chain consulting firm in India.
Seems way less as compared to your cctc.. should ask for 70-75k
Thank you for suggesting. I will definitely shoot for this.
