Hi all- Please advise how much sense it makes to move to PwC Belgium frm India, financially/ otherwise? Any room to negotiate?

I have an offer from PwC Belgium for an advisory manager role.
Base offered - €60k ( pre-tax, this is divided by 14, as European companies pay 14 months of salary instead of 12)
Other perks- Company car, €400 per month of non taxable allowance, 1-2 months salary as bonus depending upon your performance

Current CTC - 28L
Yoe- 7+ years

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. Current fixed is 9.80 variable is around 80k as per 2020.

FOR 2021 the Hike letters are few days away.

I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.

18-20 L fixed is my analysis.
Please suggest.
