For last three years,handling all activities related to product managment.
I want to pursue certification of either CSPO or SAFE PO/PM.
Please guide which will be more useful considering this equation.

Need to discuss an offer I got from MasterCard for Director of Product, based in Pune, India. Below are my details:
I am a multiple time founder, ran my company for 4 years, a self funded startup, so no concept of salary. My last CTC with a US based firm as a consultant was USD 96000 until Jan 2021 (I was residing in India).
I have an offer in hand from a startup for 90 LPA + 1Cr worth of ESOPs.
What number should I start with and what should I really expect? Thanks much.
