I accepted an offer but am realizing that I low balled myself pretty bad. I know counterparts are making way more than me and I have about 9 years of experience. 3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with

Hello Fishes, I'm planning to join Deloitte india in the second week of November, I have got a designation of "Manager". I'm from a technical background (SF DevOps).

May I know what would be the roles and responsibilities with this designation? Am i supposed to be managing some team/people?? or work within some team on my particulars. Checked with the recruitment team but they seems to either not interested or not sure about the same.
