Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?

Pretty sure the saga of the slave driven company has come to an end I’m the only HR person at this company. Friday I had full admin rights, and went to check email Saturday; account locked. Payroll/HRIS locked out. PEO service says no pending termination is on my file. Went to the office today to get my things just in case. Located in CA. Was about to report numerous violations too. I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. Rental Housing/Airbnb viability. I have a small portfolio of rental properties on Long Island (NY). I rent them out to long term tenants but there is very little Airbnb activity in this market. I think the yields will increase significantly with an ABNB approach but then again these aren’t sexy locations (in Nassau County) and there isn’t much in terms of attractions that would drive renters to these areas. Summer time yes, winter time not as much. Anyone have any experience in a similar market?

My superiors are asking me to contact CEOs of debtors to chase payments. We’re in B2B and payments are usually 30 days or more. As soon as we get someone over that and they don’t provide a payment date, I’m being asked to contact their CEOs somehow and demand payment. I think it’s dumb, will hurt the relationship and I also don’t want to ruin my reputation. Thoughts?

Started a new role. For 9 years I was the go-to for every question for my team. It was exhausting and I was killing myself to please everyone, but I also kind of thrived on it. 2 years out of undergrad and have a 758 credit score. Never missed a payment and was never late on one. How do I increase my available credit balance? It’s $10k on my card right now, I don’t need funds for anything, just would like to see it rise in case I ever do down the road.
