I’m one of the top performers in the company and got invited to the company’s emerging leadership program. I always meet all my goals and deliverables on time but still feel like half of the time I’m not even doing anything (or performing my best). How do I leverage this ‘off-time’ into something productive in order to progress faster?

1. Planning for a switch ( but ye shayad chalta rahega)
2. Planning for a good certification- did SAFE product owner and all but kuch khas nai hai
3. Planning for a PHD ( part time ) not sure, not clear may be a good option as I can move to education line.

I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. I’m an in-house designer. My company decided to offer social media marketing packages to our clients. Today they asked me to take full ownership of that outside social media marketing on top of my current job duties.

I expressed a need for a promotion or raise to compensate for the major increase in responsibility, a responsibility that is not currently in my description.
